These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PlugNSpot’s website, mobile applications, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

PlugNSpot helps you discover places that may be suitable for remote or laptop work, including cafes, libraries, coworking spaces, malls, and community venues. Listings may include Work Scores, facility notes, hours, pricing signals, and community updates.

Information on the Service is provided for general guidance only. Opening hours, pricing, Wi‑Fi, power, noise, seating, and venue policies can change without notice. Always verify details with the venue before you rely on them.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or abuse the Service.

You may submit places, reviews, ratings, photos, check-ins, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to submit User Content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, unlawful, or harmful.

We may moderate, edit, refuse, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is inappropriate, without prior notice.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that degrades the Service, interfering with security, impersonating others, harassing users, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

Automated access is allowed only where we expressly permit it (for example public APIs we document). Rate limits and robots rules may apply.

The Service, including branding, design, software, and original content (excluding User Content), is owned by PlugNSpot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with prior written permission.

Venues listed on the Service are independent third parties. We do not operate those venues and are not responsible for their products, services, policies, accessibility, safety, or conduct.

The Service may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUGNSPOT DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS, SCORES, OR COMMUNITY SIGNALS ARE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUGNSPOT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON LISTINGS OR SCORES.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, if you have not paid us.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlugNSpot and its operators from claims arising out of your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law in your place of residence requires otherwise. Courts in Kochi, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.
